How to Convert Item Quotation into Sales Invoice
Item quotations are generated on the sales and return screen, and saved on Quotation screen. You can convert the saved quotation into a sales invoice.
Here’s the step-by-step guide to converting a saved quotation into a sales invoice.
Navigate to the Quotation screen by going to Sale > Sale-Ad-ON > Quotation.
On the Quotation screen, you’ll find a grid displaying all saved quotations.
Select the quotation you want to convert into an invoice.
Click the arrow in the Action column. This action will take you to the sales and return screen with the loaded quotation.
The screen will display the status, indicating that you are about to convert the quotation into a sales invoice.
Adjust the item quantity by adding or decreasing as needed.
Click on the “Payment” option.
Enter the payment amount and save the changes.
The system will generate the sales invoice, which you can either email or print.
