Receipt setting in Nimbus

To access receipt setting, go to the Configuration>System Configuration>Receipt tab from the main menu.

Lets learn about the Receipt setting:

Basic Configuration

Show Company Logo on Receipt: When this check box is checked, then the system will print company logo on top of the sales receipt.

Enable Print Preview Receipt: When this check box is checked, then the system will show preview of the sales receipt before printing on the Sales and Return screen.

Show GST on Receipt: When this check box is checked, then the system will show “GST Amount” on the sale receipt printout.

Print Item Name: When this check box is checked, then the system will print “Item Name” on the sale receipt printout.

Print Receipt Number on Receipt: When this check box is checked, then the system will print “Receipt No.” on the sale receipt printout.

Enable Print Receipt: When this check box is checked, then you can print sales receipt while making sales on “Sales and Return” screen.

Print Item Code: When this check box is checked, then the system will print “Item Code” on the sale receipt printout.

Print Sales Comments on Receipt: On Sales and Return screen, you can enter comments while making sales receipts and these comments will be printed on the sales receipt printout if you have checked this check box.

Show Customer’s Ledger on Sales Receipts: When this check box is checked then customer’s ledger information will also be shown on the sale receipt printout.

Receipt Footer Text: This text box is used to enter the text which you want to display at the bottom of the sale receipt printout. Generally this is used to configure the Thank you note and Terms of Return or Exchange.

After selecting the settings of your choice click the Update button to apply the selected settings.
